One Four-T Ranch is a 140 acre Registered Red Limousin Cattle & Horse ranch, settled between the beautiful small towns of Washington and Cole, located in central Oklahoma. Established in the early 1900’s by the Ratliff family, the Ratliff 3R Bar Ranch grew to be one of the top Oklahoma producers of Registered Red Limousin Cattle. In January, 2023, Marcus and Kori Tilley, both born and raised in Oklahoma, purchased the ranch, along with the Ratliff’s Limousin herd. Since then, the Tilleys have worked tirelessly modernizing the ranch. We take pride in the Ratliff tradition, and are honored and dedicated to the care and well-being of the herd.
